We are exempt from holding a Capital Markets Services (“CMS”) Licence in fund management and we have been awarded the Section 13X Tax Exemption from the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
Our main goal is to achieve steady and consistent long term capital growth of our family portfolio. We invest in public equities, fixed income, private equity, private debt and real estate. We like companies that have strong fundamentals, passionate leadership, wide economic moat and leverage on technology. We invest globally and across industries.
Altiqa Multi-Family Office relies closely on our partners to achieve our investment objectives. We are opening to working with intermediaries to source for opportunities, and co-invest with other family offices and investment managers. We pride ourselves in confidentiality, integrity and speed of execution.
